Client Portal Access and New Patient Intake
To make your first therapy appointment easier, all new client intake forms are completed through our secure online client portal. This portal is part of our HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record (EMR) system for mental health services.
Here’s how it works:

After you contact us to schedule counseling or medication management, our team will enter your information into our system and create your chart.

You will then receive an email invitation to the client portal. This email lets you set up your login.
Inside the portal, you can:
– Complete all required intake paperwork and consent forms before your first session
– View your account balance and billing information
– Pay your therapy bill online
– Request or schedule future appointments with your provider
You must be an active client in our system to log in, so if you have not received your portal email yet, that just means we are still creating your file.
