PSP PROGRAM
Public Service Provider Program Clear Brook Counseling Professionals Ankeny
Care designed for those who carry pressure others don’t see.
WHO THIS IS FOR
- Veterans
- Active military and National Guard
- Law enforcement
- Firefighters and EMTs
- First responders
- Public safety professionals and their partners
If your role requires you to stay composed under pressure, your nervous system has adapted to do exactly that.
The problem is: it doesn’t always turn off.
WHAT YOU MAY BE NOTICING
- Difficulty shutting your mind off
- Irritability or emotional shutdown at home
- Sleep disruption or constant alertness
- Disconnection in your relationship
- Feeling like you’re operating in “work mode” all the time
This is not a personal failure.
It is a trained nervous system that has not been given a way to reset.
WHAT WE DO
This program is led by Joe Curtis, a former Army medic with two tours in Iraq, and Kristina Curtis, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma and couples work.
Together, they provide:
- EMDR-based trauma treatment for PTSD and cumulative stress
- High-impact couples intensives for fast, focused change
- Individual therapy designed for high-demand roles
- Structured nervous system regulation that translates into real life
This is not general therapy.
This is built for how you live and work.
