Hello, I am glad you are here. Life can be challenging and recognizing the need for support is a courageous first step toward healing. If you need help navigating anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief or relational difficulties, you have come to the right place. I believe healing happens within the context of relationships. We are called to carry each other's burdens and it would be my privilege to walk alongside you on this journey. There is hope and healing available for you.
I am currently completing my internship as a Mental Health Counselor at Grand Canyon University. I hold a bachelor's degree in Ministry, with an emphasis on Women's Ministry and Counseling, from Faith Baptist Bible College (2003). My clinical approach incorporates evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. My faith in Jesus also allows me to offer faith-based therapy for those who desire it.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy the rewarding adventure of raising four children, spending time with friends and family, and serving in my local church.
Working with women (16+) and families seeking relational healing, I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.
